GOLD - All of the above, plus liaising with all regulatory authorities ensuring full disclosure and delivering all improvements or guidance from governing bodies such as Build Control, Fire Brigade and OFSTED.
PLATINUM - Everything above, whilst also including 3 and 6 month inspections, call out fees included for the first 12 months following any works and is renewable on a monthly subscription basis following works completion and building occupancy.
